RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At NOLEA, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Window You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU).
Eligibility Conditions All return requests are subject to review and approval by our team. To be considered eligible, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in their original packaging
- Show no signs of use, perfume, or damage
NOLEA reserves the right to assess the condition of returned items and decline any return that does not meet our standards, at our sole discretion.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are strictly non-returnable:
- Underwear, swimwear, and bodysuits (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or discounted items
- Items marked as final sale
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Refunds Approved returns will be refunded exclusively as store credit (gift card), valid for future purchases at NOLEA. Store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days of receiving and approving the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
